to tell you the truth ... i also like it much more to give a hand then to 
write the whole thing myself ... on the other hand, someone has to start 
with it, otherwise it will not be done, never. anyone wants to start it?

ähm ... what do you mean? i don't see the connection to this thread... but 
maybe it's not that important. we agree all, that scim is useful (for the 
people who need it, it is very useful) and if i'm missing now yet another 
input engine that is already usable (not in early stage of developement), 
feel free to inform me and we can discuss adding it to [extra] too. the 
aim is to provide a way to input every script possible in archlinux...
