Also, it used to be that the devices were read from sysfs, so the permissions 
were changed on /proc/bus/usb and there were no devices in /dev, now there 
are devices in /dev/bus/usb again but no permissions are changed 
in /proc/bus/usb.  Did the api change again for how udev sets up usb devices?
