Nope, that's not it at all.
If I have a package installed on my system and there's an older version
in the repo, it'll just say that my version is newer.
The reason is because wine (and libgphoto) have the force flag set.
When this is the case, no matter what version is installed, it will
"upgrade" to that version.
We did that because there was a problem and wanted to roll back
versions.
