Hello Piyush, like Alexei said, it sounds like the database tables didn't 
install correctly.  I'd recommend that you restart the process from the 
virtual environment creation step while using a command prompt as 
administrator.  Here' s how to do 
that

 While I didn't need to do this with Windows 7, I've found it to be 
necessary with Windows 10, and I don't know about 8.
