Hello Piyush,

Sorry I took so long. I tested the installation on my own Windows machine, 
and I had the exact same error (Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] 
No such file or directory: 
'c:\\Projects\\env\\Lib\\site-packages\\arches\\install\\requirements.txt').

This might be something the Arches team would want to look into :)


For me the problem was fixed when I installed Arches right before I 
installed Arches_hip:
pip install arches
