I was proposing deleting the use of the web solutions from these
preferences sets.  You are suggesting going further and deleting the
preferences sets entirely -- that we will no longer have snapsets
"manuel", "vladimir", nor "chromeDefault".  Okay with me.

What do you mean by "the rest"?  The rest of the web solutions?  The
rest of the preferences sets I listed that reference those solutions? 
Or both?  (Aside:  I wonder if we can delete the preferences sets I
listed that are used in the tests -- the ones in
"universal/tests/data/preferences/".   It's likely tests will be
affected, but maybe those tests can be deleted as well.  I'll investigate.)
