Hi folks, What if we split the difference and make the waitlist maximum allocation variable? With less than a 6-month backlog, eligible organizations can receive up to a /22. More than 6 months and it drops to /23. More than 12 months and it drops to /24. ARIN calculates the backlog each time it does a distribution and selects the appropriate maximum. Mike is correct that a multi-year backlog on the waiting list is absurd. If you can afford to wait that long, it puts the lie to the assertion that you have an immediate technical need.
