Hi Henrik, Sorry for the delay, I had some difficulties in getting GLAD strated (including gsl ...). What should I else say than your the best and thank you very much for your help. I finally got it. I would like to provide you with a finallized version of the Canine,chromosomes.txt including the band pattern for your aroma-project. If you could give me a hint how to manage this (with respect to what information and column heading are necessary) I would start asap and attach it hopefully to the next reply :).
