>>>(which I am not > sure..) is exactly the same. You aren't sure but still will shoot the arrow...Great....I know from where you actually belong...but leave it...you are always welcome to argue (as long as some thing is yielded at the end.)
>>>"Suriyan vanthu vaa enum pothu..." it is DITTO DITTO > COPY OF "Vaanathil meedu mayil aada kanden...". That is the face of the raaga...How do you say that one should sing Mandu...tell me?...First of all...do you know what is a raaga...to put it simple...in lay mans term...its a Tune template....You need to improvise on that but should not go out of the boundary of the template...I think you are imagining that ARR..wantedly sat thru all the night listening to MS Subbulakshmi's keerthanaa and then tried to fit it exactly some where in the middle of a song which obviously is in Mandu raaga from the beginning...Sema logic paa. "En veettu thottathil " the pallavi is AGMARK Senchurutti Raagam....The reason why it was in its AGMARK form is and similar to "naadha vindu " is because, the heroine in the film is Brahmin and when she sings for the first time, its some how should go along with her nativity and hence the song also follows senchurutti "Naadha vindhu"...here is where ARR genius sparkles..he immediately changes it into Hamsadhwani in the interlued and shankara bharanam in the Charanam...indicating that it is a deviation in the heroine's mind and he dreams about her love.... Don't just here what some Anti - Arr has to say to you and come here and vomit...do some Home work first before accusing....FIRST THING....BE SURE of what you say.
