Many a time I have come across ppl saying ARR has copied or copies when asked where they will not b able to recollect which song. I dont know how to appreciate them with, bcos without knowledge of music though they are able to remeber ragaas. Pavan seems to be much like that. even when karthik has clarified so well, If he cannot agree it is his individual potential problem of not trying to understand. But rather try to be on limelight by making these kind of comments. pavan be clear just by one line or a bit U cannot declare it as a copy. If somebody say that the beats of Anbe from kadhal desam is a copy of Enigma it can be agreed (not sure if it was a loop that was been used by Enigma troop and ARR as well. But just hardly one sentence.... I think according to u one must reinvent raagas. Now what is that u want to prove, ARR doesnt match IR for SB. It might be a total folly to compare. If u think IR is unmatched go listen to some of the old classics in Kannada by GK Venkatesh who is also the guru for IR. U may have to take back thewords. Bcos I still feel that IR was not able to match GKV interms of his blend in harmony or melody at those ages. though IR got his own adv with technology later on.
