Good point. Our man is humble and I think he can't refuse people approaching him. So, often he is ending up with people who just want to exploit his brand value by having music from him, and don't themselves have serious abilities of film making. The partial projects (sharing music credits with others - like kisna, dil ne jise apna kaha, etc.) are also because he is not having enough time to do it alone, then why take it up at all.
It also seems ARR himself is not approaching good, trustworthy names who have shown consistent music sensibilities. I don't know why Yash Chopra is not approaching ARR but even if he is not, ARR should approach Yash Chopra as Yash's film mostly had lovely music across several decades. So, approaching such people could be one new action that ARR can take now if he is not already doing so. -- Rawat On 10/17/2009 2:25 AM India Time, _mohammed sajin_ wrote: > Blue the last disaster in Boss's account! > > It is very much painful to see all these superior works gone ruin. > How many time this happens!!! > > Except with some established directors(or Ameer Khan), AR movies could > not manage success in both quality-wise and in box-office. > > Certainly there is lot of new talented directors in both Hindi and Tamil. > Unfortunately ARR would not opt them, or viceversa. > > We don't want anymore movies like BLUE, Yuvvraaj, Sakkarakatti, > ATM,Kangalal Kaidhu Sei, E20 U18, Godfather, Parasuraam, Anbe aaruyire, > SOK, etc etc >
