I saw other emails that others are having problems with Escalations. I too am running into this problem.
I rebooted our server and it resolved the problem. We are running SQL 2000, ARS 6.00.01 (patch 1394). Is there a fix / patch to resolve escalations from just "stopping" for no reason.
