** John, Unless I am missing something pretty basic (and believe me, I have been known to do that often), I only see outgoing html templates in the documentation. I do not see any samples of incoming HTML templates. I’ve got Dave Sanders’ outlook form sample from Gidd’s website, but would prefer HTML if possible.
