Dear All, I have a number of Crystal Reports that are run from Active Links and would like to be able to automatically save the output as a pdf file with a directory & filename of my choice. The aim is then to load the file into an attachment, all without the help or hindrance of the user.
I have tried running the reports directly from the Open Window to Report action and also embedding it into a macro (even edited to include to-file: filename) but always end up being prompted for the type of file and location. I've looked through the archives and can't find any reference to this problem. Is there anyone who has managed to do this apparently unsupported action? The server version is 6.0.1.
