You can change it.. The Request Identifier in the Form View Properties is defaulted to the Request ID which can be changed to any of the fields that can be selected from that option... And you can change the name of the form to an Alias you choose for eg if your actualy $SCHEMA$ name is JOE:MyOwnForm you can change that to 'Joe's Personal Form' and change the Request Identifier to any field you want that is available to be selected from it...

Hi Roger,
No there's no way to change that BUT you can hide that bar and put a Display as Text character filed up at the top of your form to display the appropriate data.
In the admin tool open the menu Form | Current View | Properties and look at the Appearances tab. Set the Details Pane Banner to Hidden then add your character field and the necessary workflow to populate it. You may have to add a Save button mad some Next Previous buttons to mimic what is built into the Details banner just to ease the transition for your users.
