Under Form View Properties, go to Aliases and Labels and change the Request
Identifier.. off course the form name can be changed to whatever you want to
alias it to..

No Mid-Tier
I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the data that displays in the top margin of a window. Instead of the Form Name and Request ID I would like to have data from another field.
