First thing to do is get enrolled in the classes that bmc offers for
Remedy stuff. Regardless of that, build an application using the
arsystem and make it do something useful - nothing complicated, just
dive in and get your feet wet. Try something like an admin console that
will allow you to see how tables, views, AL's filters.... all work
together. Best way to learn this stuff quickly.

I've got some experience with HTML but not the others. 

To better give you all an idea of where i'm coming from. I came from a
high-tempo helpdesk. i fixed hardware and troubleshot apps and did
server
maintenance and backups. i have no programming experience yet. 

Is this the way to go? C, VB, etc?
