** To add a template to an email with graphics add it’s simple for the most part. 1. Create the HTML template (I use direct links to my graphics and when adding them to the system it will change to the proper link.) 2. Open the AR System Templates form, Template format= HTML attach the HTML file to the attachment field ( I then click on the Template Name this will auto fill in DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME.) Then click on the Template Attachments tab. 3. Click on Add Attachment and the AR System Email Attachments will open, add your graphic file here and leave the type field as Template, (Click on the Attachment Name and this will auto fill in for you DO NOT CHANGE.) When you save this it will bring you back to the AR System Templates form, refresh the table to view the Template attachment and then save. Now the Template and graphic will be sent in the same email. We have solved most of the issues, but can seem to get the graphics to appear in the email.
