** Remedy is basically passing Crystal a Record Set of data. You can prompt for a Crustal parameter and use it in the Selection criteria,however, it won't alter the result set. As mentioned in the last post, try and produce the desired set of data from Remedy first. Or, you can prompt for a parameter, but instead of using it in the Selection criteria of the report you could use it in Suppressing\Showing Detail sections that meet your criteria. I would opt for producing the correct record set from the User tool.

The second "$Assigned To$" refers to the field on the local
form, and can be some other field besides "Assigned To".
