I am sure you have but just to verify I believe you have set the reporting server on the User tool. What frank is pointing out is the only way to get a date range report with remedy and crystal. You sort the value with remedy and make sure that only the records with the specified date range are passed to crystal. Once crystal receives the records you can use the Minimum and the Maximum functions on crystal to display the exact date range on the report. Hope this helps.

You can prompt for a Crustal parameter and use it in the Selection criteria,however, it won't alter the result set. As mentioned in the last post, try and produce the desired set of data from Remedy first. Or, you can prompt for a parameter, but instead of using it in the Selection criteria of the report you could use it in Suppressing\Showing Detail sections that meet your criteria.
