Lisa,

This package *should* respond to the 'Reports' menu item within each console, e.g.
Change, Problem, Incident, SLM, Asset.  I do not have our system completely configured
at the moment, and reporting capability has not been heavily used here on campus--yet.

Short answer--a separate version of Crystal reports should not be required.  However,
I am in the learning curve just like all of us.

Wish I could help more...

Don

So how can I play with it?  (We are new to Crystal).  Do I need to download a version of Crystal reports to use these components?

Thanks!

Lisa

Lisa,

These are the Crystal Report components of the 7.0.x User Tool.  The size as installed on my machine
is running 228.00MB.

Welcome to the wonderful world of 7.0...

Hello fellow listers!

Not sure when this was downloaded (with User/Admin 6.3 or User/Admin 7.0.1), but now I have a 200+ MB item in my add/remove programs called Crystal11_Redistributables.  I would like to test this out, but can't get to it anywhere (Program Files, Remedy, etc...)

Does anyone know what this is?

Lisa
