Mark,
Not that I know of..Remedy using ARadmin tables, and any links that you
need..
you could use remedy to access the scott / hr tables for testing purposes..
your choice..
like a Testbed of sorts.. This way you don't mess with your prod data.. who
cares about scott's tables..

But there is additional functionality that you can use with some of these..
Like if you wanted an oracle application to access your remedy tables.. and
build in some additinal View functionality or report's.. some of those
below.. (if I remember correctly) will be needed..

Hello list:

We are in the process of upgrading Oracle to support an upgrade of
ARS. We are moving from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10gR2 and then will
upgrade ARS from 5.1.2 to 7.0.1. The question the DBA presented me
is... does ARS make use of any of the following Oracle default
schemas, or can they be removed to keep things clean?

CTXSYS
HR
MDSYS
ODM
ODM_MTR
OE
OLAPSYS
ORDPLUGINS
ORDSYS
OUTLN
PM
QS
QS_ADM
QS_CBADM
QS_CS
QS_ES
QS_OS
QS_WS
SCOTT
SH
WKSYS
WMSYS
XDB

Does ARS (5.1.2, 6.3 or 7.0.1) use any of these when residing on
Oracle?? We're on Solaris 9 if that makes any difference.

Thanks for your help!
