I'd say check what is being sent to the shr:consolidatedlist, then look at
your submit and modify filters (on my 6.3 install they are called
shrc:shr-modifyconsolidated1&2, and shrc:shr-submitconsolidated). Are you
sending the full name or the Assignee Login Name for the Assigned To field?

Subject: Issue with Change Requests

I have an issue when a change request is submitted. Initially the user
will create the change request and under Support Information they
choose the group ( we only have one ) and they pull the the Supervisors
name from the drop down list that is supplied. When this happens the
tickets will not go into the users queue. I have to change their full
name that was chosen to their user id instead. I cant figure out what
it was that I did wrong. This happened after we upgraded to 6.3 from
5.5. In a sense it wasnt an upgrade in the typical format because we
just purchased a new server loaded 6.3 and migrated the data only.
