We have something similar implemented and the Pulse article is a great example of how to do it. However our users still complain at having to select a template - which is necessary to select the custom flow. This is particularly annoying when you are raising a related request from an incident as the template changes the summary field. Has anyone found a way to apply the custom flows based on the change class field?
