Yes. I checked the workflows. There is no AL that changes the view. I believe OOTB, remedy looks for a web view of the form on mid-tier. I have enabled 'Display Standard views' option on mid tier config and that worked. Though it displays default admin view now but I still have issues. Can't update email password. It allows only a single character.
