Hello Fred, I was interested in your comment where you said you can launch a chat window with Skype/Lync using SIP://emailaddress. However, when I reached out to my exchange team that supports our Skype/Lync platform, they weren't aware of this capability and aren't sure how it can be done. Can you provide a little more information on this?
