Fred - I was able to get it working with the SIP:emailaddress in a browser and even through hyperlinks in Office products. Thanks for this cool trick! I also added a quick action in my Smart IT implementation so our technicians can quickly start up an IM chat with the customer of the incident which is pretty cool. Now in our Smart IT implementation, from the incident ticket itself our techs can click the email address of the customer to email them, click the phone number to call them, or use the quick action to send an IM.
