Thomas Couple of options. First have you tried including current or new like PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL NEW
I think I am doing the same opening a custom pre-formatted email form. I handle this by doing an open window (dialog) and then have a push field (create new record) and close window behind the sent button. Then I have an on create notify filter to actually send. Using the dialog allows you to size the “email” form Hope this helps. Mark From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Thomas Miskiewicz Sent: Saturday, April 16, 2016 4:09 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Sending request - mailto: Navigation was cancelled ** Hello there, we got a button that builds the URL to the current request and then we perform PERFORM-ACTION-OPEN-URL $URL$ to open a new email. The $url$ contains something like this: mailto:?subject=Incident Ticket:%2000869696&body=%0ALink%20to%20Ticket:%0A<https://ourserver/arsys/forms%2Farse7%2FOurform%2FAdminstrator%2BView%2F%3Feid=00869696<https://esp-d.inet.bundesbank.de/arsys/forms%2Farse7%2FBBK:TroubleTicket%2FAdminstrator%2BView%2F%3Feid=00869696>>. This works just fine but when we do it in the Internet Explorer it has the side effect that it opens and new IE window that says Navigation to the webpage was cancelled. Ideas how to get rid of it or alternative solution how to email a link to a request?
