Hi Misi, We have already moved to a different ITSM Tool. The licensing completes by Dec 2018 and we have already stopped using the tool. We want only the read-only archival data as per the company data retention policy. We would remove all the paid licenses and hold only the demo license for retrieving the archived data. I remember when I worked for other companies they used to have the Remedy Server running in a read only mode with the demo license in place for pulling archived data. Just wanted to confirm/understand whether this policy with BMC is still valid or not.
