Well obviously they are just trying to get us to NOT use support.  I
mean really...if they make it difficult enough, we'll all give up,
right?  Now what about that service-now app Kathy was talking about?

Does anyone on here know what happened to the old user logins?

 

I used to have an account and it suddenly seems to have disappeared. I
am at the moment corresponding to Customer support via email and dont
seem to be getting too far as they seem to not be able to retrieve my
account information..

 

Has anyone else faced this problem before?

 

I could create a new account as they are suggesting but that would mean
I will not have access to any of my historical tickets, enhancement
requests, etc that I had submitted.. That would suck...
