Which user logins?  When we went from Remedy to BMC, I noticed my login
was now my full email address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), previously it would
have been juser at Remedy.

Does anyone on here know what happened to the old user logins?

 

I used to have an account and it suddenly seems to have disappeared. I
am at the moment corresponding to Customer support via email and dont
seem to be getting too far as they seem to not be able to retrieve my
account information..

 

Has anyone else faced this problem before?

 

I could create a new account as they are suggesting but that would mean
I will not have access to any of my historical tickets, enhancement
requests, etc that I had submitted.. That would suck...
