We had that problem here when they moved to a new Exchanger server also
and as Dave said they might have SMTP turned off.

Most likely the email engine log is showing that the message was sent.
It wouldn't show successful delivery to the service provider.

There are several reasons why this could be happening and they may not
be related to the AR System.  The service provider may be rejecting the
email.  The email address may be invalid.  Service provider no longer
accepts message through SMTP Gateway.

Have you tried sending a test message through your email address?
