Well...as you can tell...Email is not a guaranteed delivery scenario. I would suggest trying to do snpp paging if it is an option with the provider...at least with SNPP you get confirmation from the provider that the message was accepted...you still cannot guarantee delivery...but it's a bit more reliable than email...and faster too
