Therefore, I asked BMC support and the response I received was, "I am sorry I just dont know of a way you can limit the returned entires." (punctuation and spelling errors left intact). =20 The question was: =20 How would I go about querying the last "N" tickets? Meaning, I'd like to create a macro (or know the syntax) with a variable ("N") to pull up just the last 10, 20, 50, 100 , etc. records recently created. =20 Can anyone help answer if this is do-able or not? =20 Thanks, Richard =20 =20 =20 ____________________________________________________________________________ ___ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" ------_=_NextPart_001_01C74099.4443CFBF Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable ** <html xmlns:o=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" = xmlns:w=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" = xmlns=3D"http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">
<meta http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"> <meta name=3DGenerator content=3D"Microsoft Word 11 (filtered medium)">

<span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Verdana'>Hello,

<span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Verdana'>

<span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt; font-family:Verdana'>I posted this question before and it did not elicit = any responses.
