One of our directors would like to get rid of his pager. He would like Remedy to send his "pages" to his cell phone. I can have it send an email to his cell phone, but it sends all of the "stuff" such as email headers to the phone. We just want the standard "HD000000000000000 bas been escalated" message to go out.
I am sure someone out there knows how to do this. I've looked through my archives and can't find anything. Help me please, pretty please!
