I've come to the same conclusion that I just have a bad set of keys. I've
convinced support to reissue them to me. So for now, let's let this
thread die and hope that the new keys I should be getting shortly fix the
problem.

Thank you

Re: Float licenses not recognized

**
I had similar problems the other day because licensing issued me eval
licenses for SLM using a different Site ID (Support ID) than the
production license on the server; the evaluation was done on a trial P.O.
and had to use a non-standard Support ID. The application license worked
(I could install SLM), but the User licenses did not. Licensing had to
issue me all new licenses manually with new keys under my normal
Site/Support ID.

Float licenses not recognized

**
I'm working with support to get this resolved; but starting to feel like
I'm going around in circles with them. I'm putting this problem to the
list in case someone has gone through this and can offer some solution.

This is a Dev box on a linux (suse 9) platform running ARS 7.0.1 server
and ITSM apps (change, problem, Incident, Asset...ect) patch 3, connecting
to an Oracle 10g database.

My new production system with permanent licenses is working fine with
fix/float licenses. My dev box with 10 float licenses will have no
problem with fix license users, but displays 10 warning messages if you
try to click on any link off the homepage that there are no float licenses
available (this user being the only one logged in). I've tried the
standard stop app, deleted the multilicense, start up apps and re-enter
all the licenses again.

Anyone got any ideas?
