Hi, If you still have to do the change, I would suggest a path like this: 1. Use i.e. ARInside to find workflow references to your Status-field 2. Check Macros and Crystal-Reports that reference the field and actually make use of the value. 3. Use i.e. rrrSelectionChange to convert your old data to the new layout, includeing Status-History
