How did Patch 20 break your flashboards?
We experienced the issue where our Flashboard service on our Windows
2003 AR server disappeared.

BMC had trouble replicating the issue but it appears that the dev server
that we patched had Flashboards 5.6 and 6.3 installed so we are not sure
if that caused our issue with Patch 20 or not.

**
Patch 21 is in limited release. We got the first install because patch
20 broke our flashboards. Patch fixed are flashboards issue, but we are
get the Caught Exception ;Object Expected error which others are talking
about on the list. I have been told that there is going be another
release, perhaps they will include it in Patch 21 since it is still not
fully released.

Hi All / BMC,

I am seeing ftp://filedownload.bmc.com/smbu_patches/ars/6.3/patch021,
dated today. However, I am not seeing the Server-readme.txt or
MidTier-readme.txt files within this folder.

Is patch 21 fully copied to the BMC FTP site, or is it still being
copied?

If it is fully released, does anyone know which files have been modified
since Patch 20?
