I did check.. The Client 20 is indeed needed for DST..

The reason I asked this question is according to BMC's DST White Paper,
there is no client patch...

"Q. Is the BMC Remedy User executable affected? Do I have to really
re-distribute BMC Remedy User to all my users to correct this DST issue?
A. Only the mid tier and server executables contain DST fixes. However,
BMC
does not recommend applying only a portion of a provided patch. Customers
loading the 6.03 Patch 020 or 7.0.01 Patch 001 are strongly encouraged to
install the
patches in their entirety."

However, David's last message seemed to infer that there was. Maybe I'm
misinterpreting what he's saying.

David,

Were any of the changes in Client Patch 20, DST related?

Thanks for all of the info on the DST topic,

No client changes were made in Patch 21 - which is why that folder is not
included. The fixes in the areas provided (server, E-mail, Mid-Tier) are
cumulative so if you load those areas from Patch 21, you do not need to
load those areas from Patch 20.
