UNCLASSIFIED What about "Use Underscores"? Remedy generally does on their Crystal Reports; users generally do not. It is a setting in the ODBC Configuration Setting. On your Remedy client - click Tools > Options > Advanced Check ODBC Use Underscores and run the report again. If it is already checked, uncheck it and run the report.

Make another account for yourself and try that one. If it works, delete the old one and use the one that works. There must be something different but without being there it's really hard to troubleshoot something that is probably simple. And no, please don't send any logfiles ! When I login to User tool and try to print crystal reports using the DTP Style button, It gives me a logon error (arerr 1904). When I ask someone else to login to my usertool, they can print successfully! Interesting thing is we both have "Administrator" accounts... So now we're thinking this could be some permission issue, but we can't quite point our fingers at it. Anyone?
