Hi Sandra, I tried what you suggested but I still get the error. Hello Susan, I created a new user and yes, it DID work! However, creating and deleting accounts would be a last resort in our case because there are a lot of other users out there that can perform DTP-style printing. But I do wonder what the difference is between the old and the new one. I created the new one to have the same info as the old one.
