With this many people having the issue, what does Remedy support say? You are clicking on a button using the odbc driver that is supplied within the user tool.
Was it always like this or did it change recently? Susan On 3/20/07, Bill H <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Mikhail, I'm also getting this error and it just started. Quick question do you have the Crystal Reports Developers tool installed on that machine? I also believe it's a dll/registry issue, but I haven't isolated it yet. When I login to User tool and try to print crystal reports using the DTP Style button, It gives me a logon error (arerr 1904). When I ask someone else to login to my usertool, they can print successfully! Interesting thing is we both have "Administrator" accounts... So now we're thinking this could be some permission issue, but we can't quite point our fingers at it. Anyone?
