** Has anyone heard any updates on the supposedly coming updated tasking system for IM/PM ? It is my understanding that it will be more like the tasking in CM with improved task groups, templates and enforcement of order, etc. Will this be in ITSM/IM 7.1 or one of the 7.0.x releases ?
