Ive been working on building out on our test instance of ITSM 7.X to
more or less simulate how we would envision our upgrade to go with
production.
I was trying to see if I could change the notification preference for a
person profile so that the person will only get Incident Assignment
notifications if they were assigned as an individual but not if the
assignment went to their group.

We have some groups from our broadcast areas that have supervisors that
handle taking the tickets in their group and assigning then to the
technicians.
They do not want the technicians to get the notification when the ticket
is assigned only to their group to prevent them from picking up the
ticket themselves.

It seems that however in Notification preferences I cant modify "System
Default" types at all.

Does anyone know of a simple back door way to update them?
