I have used perl tons - and it is great. However - if you don't know perl
already -- it is a bit much to learn.

If you know any other programming language - you could leverage that
knowledge and still interact with Remedy by way of using Kinetic Link
(klink) -- check it out at http://www.kineticdata.com/link.html
