Ray,

 

There is a setting for each mailbox on 'AR System Email Messages
Mailbox' form on advanced tab that says 'delete outbound email
notifications?' which is set to 'Yes' by default I think. You need to
set it to 'No.

Ray,

It looks like you are set up to delete the record as soon as it is sent.
Many of us have that turned off so that we can search the form when
someone says "I didn't get an email for that ticket."
