Its because everyone is so dam fustrated at both the product and the support. Anyone who's been doing Remedy for a long time will remember bad/difficult upgrades (I still have nightmares about 4-5). I think the support issue just compounds the problem.
Might be a tense RUG this year if something doesn't improve.
