Dwayne, Could you tell me the status of this after you clean the Application Pending form? I have a similar issue....

Axton, The Application Pending file has two entries, one for Reconciliation Engine and the other for CMDB Engine. We don't use either. But under "Other Long" they both have "15: bluejay.jmu.edu:Global\/opt/arhd/confRemedyCMDBEngSigE" or something similar, which, as you said, is old server info. I'll fix it and see if it helps. Thanks also for the advice about passwords. I didn't think of that. Very stupid of me! I'll get busy and change them. Fortunately I don't think we have very many sleazy characters reading our ARSList, but you can never be too careful.
