Chances are if you delete the records in the application pending form, the problem will be solved. I've had problems of a similar nature in the past with entries created in this form from the SLA application.
The sleaze balls use google too. Axton Grams On 6/18/07, Dwayne Martin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Axton, The Application Pending file has two entries, one for Reconciliation Engine and the other for CMDB Engine. We don't use either. But under "Other Long" they both have "15:bluejay.jmu.edu:Global\/opt/arhd/confRemedyCMDBEngSigE" or something similar, which, as you said, is old server info. I'll fix it and see if it helps. Thanks also for the advice about passwords. I didn't think of that. Very stupid of me! I'll get busy and change them. Fortunately I don't think we have very many sleazy characters reading our ARSList, but you can never be too careful.
