This is normal a group has the have the Change type permission to be visible when you want to select a group on a form or field.

We loaded all of the foundation data for the applications and we added some fields to the "HPD:Help Desk" form. When we try to permission a Support group for the field we do not get the field listed. For some reason when you create a new test form and you grant a group "Change" type permission you can then permission a field on that custom test form fine but for some reason the system will not let us select that group in the HPD:Help Desk form. I think it has something to do with the fact that the HPD:Help Desk form is owned by the Incident Management Application but I have tried a number of things from opening the Incident Management application in the Admin tool but my attempts still fail to allow the Admin to permission a field on Help Desk to the support group. Has anyone else run into this problem?
